What to expect your third (4mth Visit)?

So I wont actually have a ultra sound, but I have a 4 mth visit what do they do ? The last visit (3 mth) I Went for the ultrasound they measured the baby etc sat down doctor asked me how I feel and I was done got up and left. Is that all I have to do on my 4 mth visit??
