I need help with basketball!!!?

i recently had 2 knee surgeries. ruining my freshman bball season in HS. since i just had a 2nd one i wont be able to play my soph. season. i really need some help!!! im a Point guard and i need some drills or advice to help get me back in the game once im healthy!!! please help!!
