Thinking of making my own cheddar cheese sticks without a recipe?

i just had the the thought of cutting a block of cheddar cheese into sticks, rolling the sticks in breadcrumbs until they got all encrusted, then throwinf them in the oven for about 10 mins at 350 degrees. how do you think they would turn out?
