For the older generation: What's your definition of a great young woman?

I'm in my late 20's and pretty introverted and somewhat shy. A woman I used to work with is in her late 50's and we email a lot back and forth. She wrote that she thinks I'm a great young woman. From an older generations' standpoint, what does that mean? How would you define a great young woman?
