Can pregnancy ruin implants?

My wife got implants a couple years ago, mostly because I wanted them. She went up from 36c to a 40d and now shes got these great giant melons and they're great fun to play with, but I'm worried her getting knocked up will misalign or mishape them or turn her the size of hockey pucks. Does anyone know the liklihood of her baking bread screwing up her loafs? Thanks.
