Running in subzero temperatures?

Well, I would like to run outside due to the fact that I don't have a lot of time to go to the gym. I generally do run outside but this weekend not only is it below zero, but we got 20" of snow saturday. Where can I get thermal wear the cheapest and if you have experiences running in subzero temps what are some must haves besides the basic gloves, mask, and such?
