How do i use my back windsheild wipers? I have a '99 Isuzu rodeo.?

Ive read the manual and its not clear about how to use the back wipers, please tell me how to use them. Ive tried many ons and levers and none seem to work. Also my front windshield washer. Im not sure how to turn that on.
