How do I feed 65-80 people at a reception?

I don't want a sit-down catered affair but I don't know if I want to do just the cake and coffee thing anymore either. I'm having people fly in from out of state for the wedding and I want to give them a reception worth flying for. My fiance and I don't want to spend a lot of money either. If we have the reception at his church, we won't be serving alcohol either, so that will help. I just need ideas. Should I try and find a cheap buffet? Just snacks, appetizers and desserts? Just desserts? Thanks in advance for input and ideas.
